Completion of Fundraising of the MCP Mezzanine 4 Investment Business Limited Liability Partnership

We are pleased to announce that the fourth mezzanine fund that Mizuho Capital Partners is commissioned to manage, “MCP Mezzanine 4 Investment Business Limited Liability Partnership” (hereinafter, “MCP Mezzanine 4”) was completed its fundraising with the target commitments on September 30,2019.

MCP Mezzanine 4 is finally total investment commitment of 32.6 billion yen.
