Establishment of the MCP Mezzanine 4 Investment Business Limited Liability Partnership

We are pleased to announce that the fourth mezzanine fund that Mizuho Capital Partners is commissioned to manage, “MCP Mezzanine 4 Investment Business Limited Liability Partnership” (hereinafter, “MCP Mezzanine 4”) was established today.

MCP Mezzanine 4 is ultimately scheduled to have a target total investment commitment of 30 billion yen (capped at 40 billion yen).
